Who We Are

Rellie’s Pantry is a small-batch pantry and baking project created by Bettina Schormann and built around the idea that food is meant to bring people together.

Inspired by gathering, sharing, and the belief that good ingredients matter, we make seasonal baking, preserves, crackers, and treats with care and intention. Familiar, comforting, and thoughtfully made, our products are designed to be enjoyed around tables, shared with friends, or gifted to someone you love.

After 25 years working as a chef, pastry chef, cookbook author, and co-founder of Bardō, Bettina created Rellie’s Pantry as a way to return to the simple joy of making good food, a project for her share with her daughter and then share with others.
